DDDDDDDirect Dil se !!!! :-)

After what seemed like ages I picked up a book and decided to go through the gist to ensure it was eye candy material filled with humour on a sultry Monday afternoon...... I turned to be so very wrong...It so turned out that the book was the very opposite of being Eye candy material yet it was so articulately put...soaked with heartbreaking yet inspiring facets of life that I ended up reading it front to back in a span of three hours.. The book I am talking about is "A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini... Does the name ring a bell??? For all you book worms out there i am sure you would have read the best seller "The kite runner" a few years ago penned down by the very same author.. Well I didn't at that juncture and A Thousand Splendid Suns was my first book by the author. What makes this book a compelling read is the way Hosseini pens it...so very soaringly lyrical yet so very devastating and heart wrenching... set on the topography of a poverty strick...

Okies... I am back now with a vengeance.. a new found urge to pen down all this verbal diarrhoea that's been built up within me since the past few weeks.... ; ) U know I had been grumbling previously because I didn't have the time to do anything as I had to study! But shockingly it has been a good 15 days past my examinations... and am still so busy that I haven't found time to compose my thoughts and translate them onto words.... You must be wondering as to what on earth am I doing to be so busy ... Let me enlighten you...A few days into my exams i got a call from the principal of my college asking me for a favour.She wanted me to be a writer for a physically challenged girl who was very intelligent and smart ; pursuing a Masters in Management from the institute of Bajaj..... As surprised as I was pleased I didn't how to react.I mean common... being a writer for some one's post graduation papers!!! What if I couldn't play my part with the required amount of dil...

Resuming blogging after a span of two whole months is like one trying to sit on a cactus..i.e-- A pain in one's ass.... believe me,i have been sitting here in front of my p.c and been scratching my head since ages(the time phrase coz my head really feels sore :( and i really don't know where to begin from or what i should write upon! so all you folks out there please do me a favour .If you are out there getting as bored as i am getting sore in the head here and dare to visit my page..... kindly enlighten this female here.... waiting for some favourable and helpful replies... love vidya
